Ramen Ryoma’s Speciality
Rustic “Temomi (Hand Massaged)” Ramen Noodles
This uneven wavy noodle has very unique texture and good bites. Made from special wheat flour with rich flavors. Last long in the soup and not get soggy fast.
Our original soup stock is made from secret blend of Torigara soup (chicken stock) and Tonkotsu soup (Pork bones). We boil Torigara and premium black pork bones for nearly half day.
Pork Belly Chashu
Ramen Ryoma pick only the finest quality pork belly. Our pork chashu is boiled in our soup stock for 5 hours, and then soaked in our specially formulated “Tare” which has been blended in with our new batch of sauce respectively through the days.
